إنّ الهدف من هذه الدّراسة هو التعرّف على مدى مساهمّة القيادة الاستراتيجية في مواجهة الأزمات وقد كانت الدراسة الميدانيّة في وزارة السياحة العراقية، وقد شملت الموظفين الإداريين العاملين بها وقد تألفت العينّة من /129/ موظفًا. كما قُمنا بتقسيم البحث إلى خمسة فصول، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات المطلوبة في الدراسة الميدانيّة. ومن أبرز النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها هي الآتية:
– هناك أثر للتوجه الاستراتيجي للمنظمة في مواجهة الأزمات وذلك لأنّ مستوى الدّلالة الإحصائيّة تساوي 0.000 وهي أقلّ من 0.05.
– هناك أثر لتطبيق القيادة الاستراتيجية في مواجهة الأزمات وذلك لأنّ مستوى الدّلالة الإحصائيّة تساوي 0.000 وهي أقلّ من 0.05.
– هناك أثر لتطبيق القيادة الاستراتيجية في اكتشاف شرارة الأزمة للمنظمة في مواجهة الأزمات وذلك لأنّ مستوى الدّلالة الإحصائيّة تساوي 0.000 وهي أقلّ من 0.05.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the extent of the strategic leadership’s contribution to facing crises. The field study was in the Iraqi Ministry of Tourism, and it included the administrative staff working in it. The sample consisted of /129/ employees. We also divided the research into five chapters, and the research followed the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire tool was relied upon to collect the required data in the field study. Among the most important results reached are the following: – There is an effect of the organization’s strategic direction in facing crises, because the level of statistical significance is equal to 0.000, which is less than 0.05. – There is an effect of applying strategic leadership in facing crises, because the level of statistical significance is equal to 0.000, which is less than 0.05. – There is an effect of the application of strategic leadership in discovering the spark of crisis for the organization in facing crises, because the level of statistical significance is equal to 0.000, which is less than 0.05.
