شهد المجتمع الصحراوي العديدَ من التحولات الاجتماعية والثقافية في العقدين الأخيرين، بفعل الظاهرة الحضرية التي يشهدها. وهذه التحولات أثرت في مجموعة من العلاقات الاجتماعية والتمثلات حول العديد من القيم الاجتماعية التي كانت محددًا أساسيا في استمرار العلاقات الاجتماعية. وفي ظل مجتمع قبلي تُشكّله العديد من البُنى الاجتماعية التقليدية لم تعرف ظاهرة العذرية تغيرات، ولهذا، سعت هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة هذه الدراسة التي تعتبر من الطابوهات التي يصعب الحديث عنها، رغم أنها متصلة بقضايا إشكالية كالزوج والعائلة وقيم اجتماعية قد تؤدي إلى تفكك المجتمع وانهياره، وقد واجهتنا صعوبات عديدة في دراسة هذه الظاهرة بفعل أنها ظاهرة اجتماعية “مغلقة”، فهي متصلة مباشرة بالرجل والمرأة، ناهيك عن أن التقاليد والمعتقدات الدينية تحرم الخوض في هذه المواضيع لاعتبارها (سرا اجتماعيا) بين الزوج والزوجة.

Abstract: the Sahrawi society has undergone many social and cultural transformations in the last two decades، As a result of the urban phenomenon witnessed, these transformations affected a set of social relations and representations about many social values that were a fundamental determinant in the continuation of social relations، In a tribal society dominated by many traditional social structures, the phenomenon of virginity has not known changes، Therefore, this study sought to discuss this study, which is one of the topologies that is difficult to talk about، Although they are related to problematic issues such as husband, family and social values that may lead to the disintegration and collapse of society، We have encountered many difficulties in studying this phenomenon due to the fact that it is a “closed” social phenomenon، They are directly related to men and women, and religious traditions and beliefs forbid delving into the tropics, as they are a “social secret” between husband and wife.
